Club Strategy

Football for All | Success Through Community

We are proud of our Club's Strategic Plan, setting our direction for the next five years. Rooted in our vision of Football for All and our mission of Success Through Community, this plan reflects our commitment to fostering a strong, inclusive football environment where everyone can thrive.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Community First – Building a welcoming, connected club where everyone feels valued.

  • Pathways & Excellence – Providing opportunities for players at all levels to grow and succeed.

  • Skills Development & Youth Investment – Supporting our young players with the resources and coaching they need to reach their potential.

  • Opportunities to Get Involved – Encouraging parents, supporters, and players to be part of the club, whether in big or small ways—every contribution makes a difference.

We recognise the depth of talent in our juniors and youth and how important it is to provide quality pathways that allow talented players to reach their goals. One of our priorities this year is to invest in our youth training to develop those players and give them a clear vision of how they can achieve success at OFC. This plan is shaped by the voices of our football community and will guide how we invest in our players, coaches, and volunteers.

We look forward to working together to bring this vision to life!
